The Learning Library is a registered charity that provides the unique service of loaning out toys and specialist equipment to adults and children with learning disabilities. Our service is available across County Durham with branches in Spennymoor, Durham and Wheatley Hill. Monday, May 16, 2011. Birds, birds and more birds. It all started with my brother, the Instigator. And then Daddy had to feed the bird obsession. He installed a hummingbird feeder and a finch suet feeder and we have had a blast watching and observing and pretending and yahoo-ing and researching.
